We recently had a dinner guest and he brought us the prettiest bunch of brightly coloured daisies. I don’t miss an opportunity to snap photos of something like this, and it was only mere days before I chose a shot and got started on the painting! I love the brilliant colour mix here, on the soft yellow background.
